We believe everyone deserves access to quality pharmacy care, no matter where they live. That's why we're committed to bringing essential pharmacy services to communities that need them most.

In many rural and urban areas, access to pharmacy care has become increasingly limited. We're working to change that by restoring pharmacy services, strengthening local healthcare resources, and building trusted relationships between patients and pharmacists.

Our goal is simple: Make pharmacy care more accessible, personal, and convenient while helping build healthier communities.

Our Roots

Built on a Vision of Helping Others

OneroRx was founded by John Pappajohn, a successful entrepreneur and philanthropist who grew up in rural Iowa.

Throughout his career, Pappajohn helped launch and grow businesses, with a strong focus on healthcare and medical technology. He invested in more than 100 startups, helped more than 50 companies go public, and served on the boards of more than 40 public companies.

OneroRx was founded on his belief that businesses can make a meaningful difference in people's lives. He served on our Board of Directors from July 2018 until his passing in April 2023.

Growing to Serve More Communities

OneroRx began pharmacy operations in May 2021 with six locations in Illinois and just 20 employees.

Today, we've grown into a network of 92 locations across eight Midwestern states, supported by nearly 1,000 dedicated employees.

Our services include:

• Telepharmacies
• Long-term care pharmacies
• Prescription compounding
• Home medical equipment

We've grown primarily by acquiring existing pharmacies and expanding telepharmacy services. Through this growth, our focus has remained the same: Helping patients get the medications, services, and personal care they need, close to home.

As we look to the future, we'll continue bringing quality pharmacy care to more communities while staying true to the people we serve.
