Dr. Rinku A. Patel, PharmD, RPh, has been appointed as Director of OneroRX in May of 2026 and is a healthcare executive, pharmacist, and board leader with nearly three decades of experience across specialty pharmacy, infusion services, pharmaceutical market access, and healthcare technology. She currently serves as Co-Founder and CEO of Polysight, an AI-native compliance intelligence company focused on modernizing regulatory oversight and compliance decision-making in healthcare.

Dr. Patel previously served as Chief Executive Officer of OptioRx, a multi-site pharmacy organization, where she led growth, operational performance, and patient access initiatives across compounding, infusion, and hospice services. Earlier, she founded and led KloudScript, a specialty pharmacy technology and patient services platform supporting pharmaceutical commercialization and access. Under her leadership, the company scaled nationally and was acquired by Transaction Data Systems (now Outcomes Health). In addition to her executive roles, Dr. Patel brings extensive board experience across private, founder-led, and ESOP-owned organizations, including service on audit and compensation committees. Her governance perspective is grounded in operational discipline, financial oversight, risk management, and human capital strategy in regulated healthcare environments.

Earlier in her career, Dr. Patel held senior leadership roles at Diplomat Specialty Pharmacy, Option Care, Caremark, and Walgreens, building deep expertise in specialty pharmacy operations, payer dynamics, and enterprise-scale execution. She holds a Doctor of Pharmacy from Midwestern University and is a licensed pharmacist in Illinois.
