OneroRx Inc. Completes Acquisition of NuCara Pharmacy Locations

The purchase includes 14 NuCara Retail Pharmacies and 10 NuCara Home Medical stores.

WEST DES MOINES, IA, April 2, 2026 — OneroRx, an integrated pharmacy serving underserved markets, has completed its acquisition of 14 NuCara Pharmacy and 10 Home Medical Equipment locations in Iowa and Minnesota, bringing its total to 91 locations across eight Midwest states, employing over 1,000 team members.

OneroRx operates as the largest franchisee of the Medicap Pharmacy brand owned by Cardinal Health. Through this acquisition, OneroRx becomes the largest rural-based pharmacy in the state of Iowa, filling more than 5 million prescriptions per year. With this purchase, OneroRx expands availability and services for home medical equipment, meeting a growing need.
