Pleasant Hill, IA, June 30, 2021, OneroRx, Inc., a leader in patient to pharmacy engagement in underserved markets through its telepharmacy operations, announced today that it has completed the acquisition of Peterson Pharmacy, an independent pharmacy in Hillsboro, Wisconsin. This represents OneroRx’s 2nd acquisition in Wisconsin and its 7th pharmacy acquisition since the firm’s inception in 2016.
Located in southwest Wisconsin, Peterson Pharmacy has served Hillsboro and the surrounding communities since 1991. Peterson’s staff will continue to provide critical pharmacy services to area residents as they join OneroRx’s growing network of community pharmacies. Given its long and distinguished presence in the Hillsboro area, Peterson will serve as a hub location for OneroRx in the southwest region of Wisconsin.
